20102004 error or for data Mobil dosn't work

My camera was working only with wifi in my home , or when I connected, with other wifi setting, but not with Mobil data
I have error 20102004,
So, how, I fixed:
( just in case i using iPhone 7 )
I tried all suggestions here including opened 554 port at router ( it still opened) and nothing help me
So, I called directly to my "Carrier Services" explain situation about camera and app yoosee
So, its take for them 2 days , and then ,they send me sms with text: "We fixed problem.....
So, this error may appear from side, your Mobil data provider
Hope its help....

Try closing the application completely in the settings and then restarting after switching to data.
