Hi, can it be 2 mobile to access same videa camera? I tried login 1mobile, then try login 2nd mobile but will auto kick the 1st mobile out. Thank you.

Yes. You need two accounts. The first smartphone will set up the sharing and the second smartphone will sign in with the second account.
