Hi, I have camera 720P WIFI IP Camera Model: IPC-BT619W-1.0 I am not able to download the program from the web: site not reachable. I am not able to make a reset to the camera: I do not find where and how. With no Reset, I am not able to make a connection to the wifi with an Android phone. Please send your instructions. A few months ago it functions.
