New yoosee app version password error

i love old version of yoosee app.
The update always give password error.i bought nvr for my friend.
I prefer to use yoosee because its very easy to use and connect to mobile.
But now adding device to yoosee app is very complicated it always gives passwor error
Even default password is 888888.
Im very disappointed for every update
 
also my another cctv unit suddenly when i open my app it says wrong password,
But i didnt touch it or change it before...updates killed my cctv access.
The first update i encountered is after the update of nvr, default user admin and password 888888 is not working anymore.
Please return to version where all are working..
 
Simply reset your NVR to get your problem resolved.
Alternatively, you Google online to download old version of Yoosee app.

Thank you but setting full factory of nvr did not reset the admin password.
Also i opened my nvr hardware but i cant see reset button my nvr brand is (jiange)
 
I figured it out.the password is blank bit the problem is when connecting to cctvit says “This kind of device is not supported” this iscame from new version of yoosee app.
 
The password error is really frustrating. I reset over and over and still says password wrong.
Who is manufacturer? packaging says Daytech-C8815-1080P

Heres what i did.
1.on your monitor screen right click and press any menu.
2.on login screen let the admin password is empty and press login.
3. It says invalid user / password error.
4. Inside the dialog box where says password error, click your mouse button left and right often until it says reset user.
5. Now change the admin password (note the default admin password is blank so leave it empty and enter your new password).
6. Apply it and press ok.
7. Logout then login using your new password.
8. Right click then press reboot and done.
