Dear Yoosee team, I'm Lia from PT. Marsat Windu Andika Indonesia, we bought some Yoosee's Camera From Sectec Company on 2016. The type of camera is Camera IP Indoor ST-HIP292-1M-2CU. We are connected Yoosee Camera with Dahua/Hikvision's NVR, the device is working normally. But after Camera update now, its can't connected again with note "Unknown Error". Could you help us with this issue?
