Yoosee camera Dahua/Hikvision's NVR

Dear Yoosee team, I'm Lia from PT. Marsat Windu Andika Indonesia, we bought some Yoosee's Camera From Sectec Company on 2016. The type of camera is Camera IP Indoor ST-HIP292-1M-2CU. We are connected Yoosee Camera with Dahua/Hikvision's NVR, the device is working normally. But after Camera update now, its can't connected again with note "Unknown Error". Could you help us with this issue?
 
Local connection always work properly. After firmware upgrading, the camera will reboot and network info such as IP address will be changed. Therefore old connection will be disconnect, just login Hikvision and Dahua NVR, search for cameras then add them to the recorder.
