The YooSee Limit on Android Device

I have 12 devices to install, using Android YooSee.
7 device has been installed successfully and working well in internal (LAN), and also working well for remote access from external network (WAN). The status of these 7 devices is online.
The rest of the devices (5) only accessible from internal LAN. The device status is offline. Only if I'm inside the LAN, I can access the offline CCTV.
WHY ? Is that a limit that only allowed 7 or 8 online devices in an Android application ?
Please somebody answer this.

I already tried for many times, install and delete and install again.
I can add some another online devices only if I delete some previous online device.
