Register account 10902 error

have just bought this and it will not register my phone. It keeps giving me a 10902.... error it wont recognise my email address so its unusable. I've tried using the QR code on the box but the website doesn't load. Should I give up and send this back

Hi friend , I tried many times registration at your android app with my email but there's no verification code has been sent to my email to complete registration. So please help me and solve this problem. Thanks
