ESCAM QF500 lost factory ID after last firmware from yoosee app.

Hello. After last firmware upgrade from yoosee app two days ago i have lost my camera ESCAM QF500 from cameralist. It works few years before and been hub of my 433 security system.

I cant add it back because now camera generate random ID each time after rebooting.
Factory ID is 1103***
Now id is 07.. or 08... or 06... or 22. Any

How to fix my id?
I hear that i can fix it via IPC debug tool. But it need encripted .bin file with original ID. Where i can generete it or download?
 
device id is always like current ip address.
 
Contact seller, lost ID because of firmware upgrade.
Yes, you're correct, you can use IPC debug tool to flush a new ID, but this only can be done under construction of your seller/supplier.
 
thank you for answer. I will try to contact with ESCAM. Is it possible to reflash firmware from flashdrive? Or ipc only?
 
Gwell support give me tools and firmware for firmware rollback. Problem solved!

PS: I see mobile app advises to upgrade to 13.0.1.15 version, did you try it, is this version OK now ?
 
Not ok. Same error.

We need more feedback to developer to solve this problem.

done to all.

Downgrade work, but problem with new FW anyway is not resolved.
Please make feedback to developer. Hope it can help to fix this problem.
 
Any one made this work? I asked to the ESCAM technicians and they answered me "You can not connect the QF 502 to the k108 cos the firmware 21.1.1.31 doesn't work with ONVIF".
What now? Any ideas?
