damaged flash memory when i updated firmware

hi
i have gm8 135s-oc camera which wrote on it's board yyz100-core 2015
when i trying to update firmware power off and the camera have no responding
i remove flash mem to programming it by external flash programmer
but the flash damaged (can't by read)
pls how i can take full firmware to send it to new flash memory
and return it to my camera
pls help
