Intelligent Network Camera Password Error

I am having problems connecting the Smart Home Wi Fi IP Camera "Intelligent Network Camera". I follow the instructions provided but it keeps asking for a password and if we try either our account or the wifi password it does not work and the password on the bottom of the camera is too short.
