I have had the app installed on my Iphone for 12 months and could view the cctv pictures without any problem. About 3 weeks ago I tried to view my cctv and get the message "this kind of device is not supported" "click to view details" I get it " - I haven't changed my phone but now I cannot access cctv from it. Any suggestions to what I must do?
