Yoosee camera LTE Network error 20102004

Hello, I have house camera and it worked fine on ATT network. Recently I switched to T-Mobile. When connected to WiFi I can access the camera, but when connected to LTE I get Network error 20102004. I tried reinstalling the app, reconnecting - same result. I read on the Internet that it has something to do with IPv4 vs. IPv6. Is there something I can do to still use the camera thru T-Mobile LTE or do I need to buy another camera. Thank you
 
I'm having the same issue, but I just changed internet from AT&T U-verse to Spectrum. Anyone out there to help?
 
Ah, got it figured out. For anyone else needing help with this, just do a hard reset of the camera (stick a paper clip into that teeny hole on the bottom) and set it up from scratch and it works!
 
I’m having network problems but mine are external cameras and won’t switch to the wireless network from wired in the network settings
