Received black global cctv yesterday as seen on ebay listing. I do not know the make or model number or whether it is the latest version or indeed old stock? Instructions are very difficult to follow. I have downloaded android app to my mobile. When I try to connect to my home wifi by pressing the next button the screen shows "the device is not supportable for 5G". The software stops at that point and will not let me go any further. I have tried QR but that doesn't pick anything up. Cable leads would not work as router is too far away from where I wish to position the camera. Can you help? Regards Mick
