How to config Yoosee cameras on PC?

If you wish to config your Yoosee cameras via PC computers, you may use the IPC debug tool. The IPC debug tool allows professional users to tweak each settings of the Yoosee camera. This tool/software can run on all Windows operating system. It's a tool when the manufacturers mass produce the cameras. Download the tool and decompress the file, click "IPC调试系统.exe" to run, no need to install this tool on your PC.
However, this tool only has Chinese UI.

The main features including:
Manual upgrade the camera's firmware
Sync your camera's time
Turn on/off motion detection
Enable/disable PIR sensor
Enable/Disable alarm input and output
Arm/Disarm/SoS alarm/unlock the camera
Pair sensors with the camera and clear all sensors
Delete users, delete Mac.ini
Pan/Tilt rotation on PC
Zoom in/zoom out if your camera has a motorized zoom lens
180 degree and 360 degree panoramic image correction
Pair 868MHz sensors and accessories

I downloaded it, I selected the device and clicked on update and a window opens. What do I have to put? Tried cms from my hard drive and nothing.

after setup for the 1st time, its ok can live view, but after re-login with the admin (empty password), can see device name but with a "lock" sign? can't live view. anyone can advise. tq

Lock icon shows up because the device password is incorrect.

my problem camera outdoor now cannot hear synchrone smartlink but can connect with cable on router wifi
after upgrade mode AP stand alone on menu no show
