After reset the camera the main video stream resolution, at rtsp://XX.XX.XX.XX:554/onvif1, is HD (1280x720) according to specification. However a few hours later the main stream is switched to 640x360 without any settings changes. How can i fix this? Where i can force the main video stream to stay on HD so i can record it on Full Resolution on my NVR software?
My camera has Hisilicon Hi3518E SoC and 13.0.0.99 firmware.

Hi there, using the CMSClient can switch the recording resolution from SD to HD, vice versa.
Please note that the camera supports dual stream technology, if the main stream is HD resolution (e.g. recording resolution is HD), then the sub-stream has to be SD resolution (online preview resolution is SD/VGA), main-stream and sub-stream can't be HD resolution simultaneously. The resolution changes, because online users switched to HD when they watched live video on smartphone.

After you mentioned, i've switch off the Internal Recording to test and the Mainstream (/onvif1) has switched back to HD resolution (1280x720). However i need to record internally in SD resolution (640x360) (due to the limited size of the microSD card), and in this scenario i still need that the Mainstream be in HD resolution (since NVR has much more memory with Harddisks).
If by default, the camera is dual-stream (Mainstream HD and Substream SD), why the Internal Recording has to switch the Mainstream to SD to recording if enabled and SD selected? Why it can't keep the Streams intact and record from the appropriated source?
I believe this is a bug on the firmware, please check with developers if they can fix this.
