Problems after window10 rs5 upgrade of cmscliment

It is using dual monitor.
I was using the cms program as a full screen on the auxiliary (secondary) monitor.

After upgrading Windows 10 Redstone5 (rs5)
Use the cms program as a full screen.
Only the main monitor is marked.

How do I use the cms program as a full screen on the secondary monitor?

An upgrade of the cms program is required.
