how can I restore my camera to factory settings

My camera doesn't detect the memory card, I need to restart the camera

Somebody can help me?

The device is a Ip camera 720 p

Press reset button to reset the camera. But I don’t think this will help to solve memory card problem.

The memory card is in good condition. But the app shiw me this error.
