1. Introduction
Accessing your camera from cellular data leverages roaming capabilities of your cellular network for extending the distance between your camera and applications.

At any place, with cellular data connection you can configure your camera, receive alarms, and to some extent watch videos. The downstream speed decides whether the quality and reliability of your live stream is satisfied. A minimum speed of 350Kbps is a must-have.

Two factors (especially the first)--the network technology used by your cellular provider and the signal strength--determine speeds. If your provider is using LTE or 4G technology such as HSPA+, you can have a good experience on watching the live stream. With the downgrade to 3G such as HSPA, UMTS, and EVDO, streaming videos may stutter or even stop. For 2G network such as EDGE and 1xRTT, the live stream will barely be available.

The status icon on top screen of your mobile device shows which technology your mobile device is using.

4. The walk through from scratch
Note:If you already set up your camera successfully, jump to Step 5.

Step 1: Set up the camera when your camera and your smart phone are on the same LAN. You can following the Quick Guide in your box to make it happen.

Step 2: Keep the camera and your mobile phone are within 9-foot distance with the router. Check if you can watch live stream. To do so, launch your Yoosee app and tap the Play icon.

Step 3: Before fasten the camera at your mounting place, put the camera closing enough to that place and double check whether you still can watch live stream. To do so, launch your Yoosee app and tap the Play icon. A weak Wi-Fi signal strength may cause the camera offline.

Step 4: Fasten the camera.

Step 5: Now verify whether you can access your camera with your cellular data. Disable the Wi-Fi reception on your smart phone. In turn the smart phone starts to use cellular data provided by your mobile provider. Launch Yoosee app, tap the Play icon to see if you can watch live streams.

Step 5: Enable the Wi-Fi reception on your mobile phone.

I am using an iphone 6 (ios. 11.0.3) and T-Mobile.
My phone has cellular enabled for Yoosee. No, it does not work any any type cellular (LTE, 4G, 3G) only connects when on WiFi.
This problem has been going on for many months.
I have contacted Apple, T-Mobile and Yoosee. Apple and T-Mobile have told me that Yoosee has to upgrade to ipv6.
Yoosee replies with the same thing all the time, to check that cellular is enabled on the Yoosee app. (IT IS) When will Yoosee fix this issue?

I have the same issue. When connected to the same wifi network I can view the cameras on my I-phone 6. When on 4G I cannot view. I've checked all settings as suggested in all this related threads. Please post step by step which settings to check.

Hi,

I have problem when I’m trying to access Yoosee through cellular network. I’m facing big delay when open the app to access the device for around 2 mins. I get Network error (20102004) during this period then it come working normally till I close the app and re-open it again, I return back for same problem with same delay. My device is iPhone 7 iOS 11.1.2.
How can I fix this issue? Especially my device is doorbell and need to get access in shortest possible time.

Same problem. So you didnt have an answer after 1 year?

ive been having this problem now for a few months, its so frustrating. i have 6 cams and i can see them via wifi either local or remote but i cant connect via lte on my iphone 7 with fido in canada. i get error 20102004 or network error. i do still get motion notification so its very strange why the app can connect for notifications but not for live view. we really need to make a fuss over this or contact someone higher up at yoosee.

I have 12 devices to install, using Android YooSee.
7 device has been installed successfully and working well in internal (LAN), and also working well for remote access from external network (WAN). The status of these 7 devices is online.
The rest of the devices (5) only accessible from internal LAN. The device status is offline. Only if I'm inside the LAN, I can access the offline CCTV.
I already tried to remove and re-install many times, but useless. I can only add new online device if I delete/unbind the previous one.
WHY ? Is that a limit that only allowed 7 or 8 online devices in an Android application ?

Please somebody answer this.
Thanks.
