can't share device

I use iphone 8 IOS 11.4.1 . I had blind camera. All function is working, but i can't share deivce. When i press share icon, told me "insufficient permissions" .
I try to update camera to latest version. always told me "insufficient permissions".
Is camera ,app or camera system problem?
 
Insufficient permission error occurs with possible two reasons:
1. You're not the administrator of this camera.
2. The camera's password is incorrect.

If my above assumptions are wrong, then you may delete camera from your yoosee account, then reset it and setup the cam again.
 
Hi, I've tried deleting, resetting and reconnecting the camera but still cannot access it in the app. It worked fine on my old iPhone 7, but will not work since I've downloaded the app on my iPhone 8. I've tried downloading the app onto my iPad 2 and on my daughters' iPhone 6 and that doesn't work either. We're getting the error message "Insufficient permissions,Please delete device on APP, reset camera and reconnect". Can anyone help??
