When updating firmware on Alfawise model Q6-960P, the power was interrupted and now it will not reset to allow me to connect to WiFi. Can you help please? Regards David

1. Plug TF/microSD card to PC
2. Format TF/microSD memory card with following settings:
File System: FAT32
Allocat unit size: 32 KB
Quick Format: checked
format_jjpg.jpg

3. Download correct firmware for your cameras
Then copy and paste file to the root folder of TF/microSD memory card.
Making sure the file name is:
For version prefix is 13, firmware file name: npcupg.bin
For version prefix is 14, firmware file name: npcupg_gm.bin
For version prefix is 21, firmware file name: npcupg_gm.bin

4. Safely unplug memory card, then insert it to camera. Connecting camera with power supply while pressing reset button up to 5 seconds. When camera's LED indicators keeps flashing, it means the camera is in process of updating its firmware.
Firmware updating takes approximate 3-4 minutes, the camera will reboot after the process completes. If camera doesn't reboot you can manually reboot camera after five minutes.
It should noted that do not disconnect power supply during firmware updating process.

Please can you show me download link for yoosee IP camera firmware version 33. My camera does not work due to interruption of power supply during firmware upgrade.
