CoT Pro App for TEQIN S-Pomeranian camera

I have just installed Cot Pro to use with my TEQIN S-Pomeranian camera. The app can connect to the camera during set-up but when I try to access the camera through the app I receive a "network error".

I have opened all of the ports I can think of on my router with no success.
I would be very grateful for any help!
