Remote control by PC over internet

Hi, the auto setup works fine and all is good on the LAN
I want to set up remote control by PC over internet where will I find instructions

Yoosee has the PC software called CMSClient. Using the CMSClient software you can remotely watch HD video on your computer. It only supports Windows OS. However, since the camera itself is compliant with ONVIF and RTSP protocol, you can use many third-party VMS or even play the RTSP stream on QuickTime media player.

The software has no remote login option or login type dropdown. Where do I find this? I've tried v. 43 and .45
