Motion Detection sensitivity

My camera gives many false alarms when using motion detection feature.

In the camera manual it says there is a sensitivity adjustment on the app but the firmware need to be above 14.0.07.76. My camera firmware is 13.1.0.43 and it is the latest version. This firmware does not have motion detection sensitivity adjustment.

Is there any way to decrease my cameras motion detection sensitivity.

You need to upgrade the version of both app and camera's firmware.

My app version is ok.

I already upgraded my Camera firmware with the app. And App says my camera has already latest version now. And it is 13.1.0.43.
Should i upgrade my Camera firmware manually.
Is there a newer version that app cannot find?

The latest version for Hisilicon SoC camera is: 13.0.1.00
The version 13.1.0.43 might be a customized old firmware, which can not support motion detection sensitivity adjustment.
