camera stop work but have audio and unlock

hello , i have intercom that work well
today the camera stop working ( the yoosee app always try to load with the blue circle )
when i try to watch i can here the mic and i can unlock but cant see picture ...

i tried to reset router and try to reset the outdoor unit

what can i do?

I dont think there is a router problem. try to reset just the camera, and try to reinstal the app on your phone. you have a custom software instaled on your phone or the original factory software?
