Who can help me? My IP cams haven't reset button, already look after for over the case, even open it, but nothing (not a switch, not a Jumper, not a instructions) and yoosee app only ask for a reset to start over. Is there a reset software option available for this?

Does your camera support Ethernet connection?
If you camera supports Ethernet connection, you may wire Ethernet cable between camera and router.
After power it up, running Yoosee app, it can automatically discover it, then add it to your account, now you're able to tweaking camera's settings, then select "Reset" from menu list to reset camera.
Or you can go to [Network setting] to switch between Ethernet and Wi-Fi.

It is impossible to add the device, now other cameras shows the same problem.

Waurixio. Could you tell us what camera model you have??
lets start with that and see how we can help..

I have the same problem, no reset button - also opened it up there's no reset button visible. I also no longer have the box. At the bottom of my camera it says 30595343 and username Admin.
There is no LAN port on it. When I boot it just says: access point established and it creates a wireless access point called 'MV30595343' however I cannot connect find any way to get the Yoosee app to set up my camera like this. It also does nothing after scanning my QR code.

Also my Yoosee account ID is 019865567. I had previously set up the camera on this account - perhaps you still have records and are able to add it back for me?

Any suggestions on how I can set this camera up or at least reset it so that I can use the app to set it up?

I've uploaded pictures of the device including the circuit board - any idea what the reset button should be doing and how I can manually reset it?

I had the same problem. The sd slot and reset button are on the underside of the camera ball. You need to power it up and the ball will rotate exposing the reset button
