enter camera ip adress ?

why is it that i cant enter my camera true ip adress 192.168.x.x like i can do with my ect. d-link camera
and i cant setup my yoosee camera on ect. myipcam free.

why ?

Because it's Yoosee camera, which doesn't support web browser accessing, it uses "DHCP" to automatically obtain IP address from your router.

no wonder, it wash cheap on aliexpress so
i have to look after another. do you know if i have to search for something special, if it want camera with web browser access. like all my others dlink cam ?
