Hello , I have a problem at the end of my registration ( on android phone), i have this error message " operation failed 30401003". My mail is correct , i'm on Gmail. My friend as use Gmail on his mobile android and it works !. thank you !

Yoosee account registration operation failed 30401003 error

I have been using your YooSee camera and various other devices connected to it as part of my security system but whilst trying to install the app and use it on a new phone I seem to have locked myself out of the system. I've tried all of the email addresses that I may have used along with the various passwords I've had in this time frame but all come back as "Account does not exist". Can you help please? is there a way of getting me back into the device or resetting the camera and starting again. Thanks Shaun

30401003 error code pls restart the device or reset, am already did it.. twice or more same happen.. only on my primary phone but my other phone works well.. but why.. i like to used it to my primary phone...
