Camera model 8U880-2A (Ip camera)

Hi, i have a product from you! Camera model 8U880-2A (Ip camera). When I try to introduce password I get an answer wronk password. I try to restart my IP camera with outside reset button (push for 20 seconds) but nothink. I know default password 123 but it is not work. The camera is brand new. Please help because it is verry important for me! Have a good day
