ESCAM QF508 Outdoor IP Security Camera Problem

Recently received ESCAM QF508. The software will not accept the above valid email address so I cannot login (login failed 30401002) Even when I try the alternate 'quick register' it fails to accept. My android phone can see GW_AP_13994395. I also resetted the cam several times. I'm located in the Philippines. Thank you for your assistance in advance!

I also faced the IP security problem. When I tried to again register at that time it was fails. Then I uninstall the device but after the process when I tried to again the
cctv installation process at that time it was not working . I was so frustrated with that problem. Need suggestion.
