Yoosee camera speaker noise problem

We bought the special buy one get one free for R1499.00we have installed both in separate rooms.The one makes a continuous noise when you are off line it is running all the time, were as the other one is dead quiet , even when you go online it is dead quiet.Is there a setting ,or in my opinion the one camera is faulty.Please could you assist me.The noise is unbearable. You should avoid buying very cheap yoosee cameras, because the quality will not be ensured.
Cheap yoosee cameras usually use cheaper components to reduce cost.
