I see these cameras support Onvif, if so I should be able to type in the IP address into browser on computer, but device states 'Refuse To Connect" so the device is refusing my connection. Also the first link with version 8 and 13 do not work, neither of those download links are active, I found a newer version, but it is in Chinese, the camera connects for 5 seconds and then is trying to connect, must be refusing connection like when trying to connect with browser.

Yes, they are compliant with ONVIF specification/standard. You can use the CMSClient to get the IP address. The Onvif information - ONVIF port: 5000; Device discovery port: 3702; additionally, you can use the VLC or QuickTime or even other third-party VMS to play the RTSP video stream.
The camera's RTSP url: rtsp://IPadr:554/onvif1
Main stream rtsp://IPadr:554/onvif1
Sub-stream rtsp://IPadr:554/onvif2
IPadr = the camera's IP address.

Thanks, now just have to work out adding this RTSP protocol to a browser, all I can find is adding to Firefox so far, and IE Chrome are the 2 I am more familiar with,...

I got a PTZ camera with my GS-G90B alarms system. I can see the ip address in my internal network. But it will not show a login page. I was hoping to manually sign into the camera, find port for 3rd party software viewing. I was also hoping to turn off the IR night vision so I can use it through a window.

Not necessarily.. apparently some cameras do not have management possibilty through the web interface at all.. and I'm afraid it's the case with these.... :(
I've found some software such as eg iSpy and Onvif Device Manager, but they don't allow to configure everything I'd like to. There was also the ONVIF DEVICE TEST TOOL on the web (a good one!), but unfortunately it's not available to the public anymore..

I bought an intelligent Onvif camera, I would like to know if it is provided with a web server and if so, what is the url?

I have followed with this step. Only can add Sub-stream, Main Stream cannot detect. Please help.
