From the app i can't see ho to pan and tilt camera. From CMS i was able to do the first time, when I installed it, but now the camera is not responding to the commands. CMS version 48 camera jt 110bw please help

I recently bought a wireless ip camera. I'm getting the video, audio and ptz controls fine, but I can't make PTZ Presets working on Blue Iris or iSpy, only in Yoosee App.
