network timeout

always 'network busy' or 'network error'
I have no prolem with push notifications, but can't connect to camera with 'network busy' and 'network error' on smartphone or 'network timeout' on PC CMSClient. Hardware version 13.1.1.2, Android app 00.46.00.45 and CMSClient 1.0.0.53_0. Until the last update worked relatively well. Many thanks.- Игорь Шехунов

YooSee camera cannot be detected, nor set up.
I have a WiFi IP camera - it is labelled "VESKYS" VR Camera, model S626247800002. When I plug it into the power supply, a blue light turns on for a minute, then it starts to flash, and it says "Enter AP Mode". I have no idea how to enter "AP Mode" as there are no controls on it.
