Device information page not available

Since yesterday, I am unable to enter a device information page. For example, if I go into a Switch, and want to change the name, I select the top right hand corner. I am just met with a Tuya Logo and nothing happens. I am unable to edit the name, or assign multicontrol etc

Anyone else have issues?
 
so it is not just me, must be a Server issue. I was in the middle of setting up some switch linking, and it stopped
 
If it keeps doing this I hues I will have to remove all devices and try and use smart life app instead
 
This could be an app issue. I use an iPhone. I just install the android app on my tablet and it works there
 
I've got an Android device (several actually) and I'm having the same problem. When clicking that Edit icon in the upper right-hand corner, initially I only see that Tuya logo, but in a few seconds I get a toast notification that says simply "no_device", and a few seconds later just a blank screen. This happens with both the Tuya Smart app (version 6.2.0) and the Smart Life app (version 6.1.1). These are the latest versions available from the Google Play Store.

This also started happening for me yesterday (1/17/25), but that was when I first added a Device to either app -- a CallToU TY06 call button receiver. I assumed that the firmware on the receiver was buggy, but based on the info here it sounds like it's an issue with a Tuya server (I'm living in SoCal). Thanks @bobbych and @qterry56 for your reports.
