TUYA ALARM

i have new tuya alarm and today,for pir sensor, started local alarm sound and i cant stopped till i disconnected power cable and switch off battery,CRAZY STUFF strange is ,external sound worked well from APP also please INCREASE FONT ON FIRST PAGE ,ALL IS SO SMALL ALARM DEVICE IS PGST PG-107
