Solved! Had not noticed that I didn‘t choose open/close correctly in the programming … So it had tried to open when it was already open

When I program the curtain switch in the app the curtain clicks at the desired time, but does not move. Moving the curtain manually with the app works fine, same as programming thru Alexa. What could be the issue?
